We've just seen this great image from Superbowl I, back in 1967.

Disappointingly, the beer-looking bottle is grapefruit-flavoured soft drink Fresca. All bottles were like beer bottles back then, I guess.

Dawson is the seventh son of a seventh son, which is absolutely mental but also a big deal for some people. He became a newscaster after retiring from NFL.

78 as of 2014, Dawson gave another two fingers to the anti-smoking lobby by surviving cancer in the 1990s. He is also not to be confused with this guy...
