Galway have had  a very strong opening half to their All Ireland hurling semi-final replay against Clare, with Johnny Glynn's 20 minute strike the undoubted highlight for the Tribesmen.

Glynn showed incredible skill to control the ball from the sky, whilst also fending off Clare defender David Browne. The Ardrahan man then spun away from goal before slamming the ball past Donal Tuohy with one arm.

One of the goals of the season for sure.

It was Glynn's eight goal in the championship and put his side 1-9 to 0-3 up.
