Andrew Flintoff stepped into the ring last night after three and a half months training and promptly won his first professional fight 39-38 against the American heavyweight Richard Dawson despite being knocked down in the second round. Many have seen Flintoff's foray into the ring as a poor stunt, and his opponent was in truth; woeful but still, respect to Freddie for stepping in and giving it a go.
