In a word....yes. Vasyl Lomachenko and Guillermo Rigondeaux face off as professionals for the first time. Both have two Olympic medals, which marks a first in pro boxing: it's the first time double Olympic champions will face off in the ring. Both have claims to be the finest amateurs of all time: Lomachenko amateur record is 396-1 while Rigondeaux left behind a 463-12 record at amateur level. By contrast, at the pro ranks, it is Rigondeaux who has the fewest defeats (zero, to be exact), while Lomachenko is 9-1. It could be a classic.
