Team Maddy is made up of 39 year old Rick van Beek and his 13 year old daughter Madison who suffers from cerebral palsy. Rick goes to great lengths to carry his daughter over land and water due to her love for the outdoors. He took part in this sprint triathlon last month and has been doing for some time now, having completed over 70 different races and activities.
