Gary Lineker attempts to ascend a giant crisp shaped climbing wall in the new Walkers Deep Ridged crisps ad. The wall stands at 22m high, 26m wide and required 30 tonnes of scaffolding to keep it erect. It is Britain's largest outdoor free standing climbing wall.

Other well know sports stars such as Amir Khan and Greg Rutherford along with Soccer Am present Max Rushden also attempted the climb.


There are numerous interesting climbing walls scattered throughout Europe. Including one built from an abandoned sewage silo and a 540ft monster that is also a dam.
