Amidst a mad weekend of sport, we've managed to also squeeze in a special US presidential election episode on our weekly podcast The Buildup, in association with Ladbrokes.
With just days to go until polling day, host Mark Farrelly was joined by Mick McCarthy and Donny Mahoney, as they gave their predictions in the race for the White House.
Messrs McCarthy and Mahoney dove into some of the most important swing states and made a few interesting calls, although they agreed on pretty much nothing.
While Joe Biden may currently hold a fairly commanding leads in the polls, it's a case of once bitten, twice shy, for many political anoraks. On the podcast, Mick tries to explain why he's more confident the polls are calling it correctly, while Donny's waters say different. The two lads predict what they think the overall electoral college breakdown might be, while pinpointing a couple of niche areas that caught their attention.
